Enterprise Solution Development

What we build.

Six disciplines, from first architecture to production support.

Enterprise web application development

Large-scale web applications that run core operations, engineered for reliability, security, and the complexity of enterprise workflows.

  • Line-of-business applications
  • High-availability architecture
  • Role-based security and audit trails
  • Scalable multi-user systems
Workflow and business-process platforms

Systems that model and automate how work actually moves through your organization, from approvals to hand-offs.

  • Business process automation
  • Approval and routing workflows
  • Configurable business rules
  • Process monitoring and analytics
Multi-role portals and dashboards

Unified portals that give each stakeholder the right view, data, and actions, from executives to operations teams.

  • Role-specific dashboards
  • Self-service portals
  • Real-time operational views
  • Secure external access
Systems integration and middleware

Integration layers that connect ERP, CRM, and third-party systems into one coherent operating environment.

  • API and middleware development
  • Message queues and event streaming
  • Legacy system connectors
  • Real-time and batch synchronization
Document management systems

Centralized, searchable document and content systems with the governance large organizations require.

  • Version control and audit history
  • Metadata and full-text search
  • Retention and compliance policies
  • Workflow-driven approvals
Cloud-native enterprise architecture

Enterprise platforms built for the cloud, designed to scale, stay secure, and evolve without re-platforming.

  • Microservices and containers

Quote
Aedista didn't just advise, they built the system alongside us. They understood our operations, made the complex parts simple, and delivered something our teams actually use every day. The result was immediate and, more importantly, built to last.

Frequently asked questions

Two colleagues in conversation across a sunlit table, one listening while the other explains
What counts as an enterprise solution at Aedista?
Large-scale systems that run core operations: line-of-business web applications, workflow and business-process platforms, multi-role portals, document management, and the integration layers that connect them. Each is engineered for reliability, security, and long-term maintainability.
How is this different from custom software engineering?
Custom software engineering covers the full spectrum, from mobile apps to SaaS products. Enterprise solution development focuses on internal, operations-critical platforms: systems with many roles, heavy integration, and the security and audit requirements a large organization depends on daily.
How long does an enterprise platform take to build?
A focused workflow platform or portal typically ships in 4 to 6 months. Larger line-of-business systems with deep integrations usually run 9 to 12 months, delivered in phases so your teams see working software early.
Can you integrate with our ERP and CRM?
Yes. Integration is usually the heart of these projects. We build API and middleware layers, message queues, and real-time or batch synchronization that connect ERP, CRM, and third-party systems into one coherent environment.
How do you handle security and compliance?
Role-based access, audit trails, and encryption are designed in from the first architecture diagram, not bolted on. We build to the standards enterprise IT and compliance teams expect, including SSO, granular permissions, and full activity history.
Who owns the code and platform?
You do. We deliver full source code, documentation, and infrastructure configuration, and we train your team to operate it. Many clients keep us on for ongoing support, but there is no lock-in.
