The handoff loses the plot

A strategy looks clean on a slide. Then it meets the realities of legacy systems, messy data, and integration seams nobody accounted for. When the people who set the direction are not the people who build it, the plan gets reinterpreted, watered down, or quietly abandoned.

One team, one accountability

We do both. We foresee the strategy and architect the system, all the way to production, with one team accountable for the outcome. In practice that means:
