About
MyEvaluations serves more than 10,000 users across 900+ institutions, including academic medical centers, community hospitals, and military medical programs. As its engineering partner, we introduced defensible AI, rebuilt the web and mobile clients, and re-architected the data layer without disrupting programs mid-year. SAGE, our AI evaluation engine, reviews a trainee's prior 12 months in seconds and generates adaptive, competency-aligned questions, and was presented at AAMC 2026. Additional AI layers map narratives to ACGME milestones and surface at-risk trainees early.
Results
A 25-year platform now adopts defensible AI, runs modern React web and .NET MAUI native mobile clients, and sits on modern cloud infrastructure, all while holding an enterprise security posture. Programs consolidate a dozen accreditation workflows into one login, one source of truth, and one audit trail, and committee preparation shifts from manual reading to review-and-refine with evidence pre-structured and milestone-mapped.
