About
A leading defense outerwear manufacturer building jackets and parkas for military and government contracts ran on heavily customized Dynamics NAV 2017. Aging thick-client architecture, bank-reconciliation errors, siloed data, and an approaching Microsoft end-of-support deadline made the system costly and risky to maintain. We migrated the business to D365 Business Central 24 (SaaS), preserving critical business logic while modernizing the platform, unifying Pebblestone apparel management and Lanham Shipping into one source of truth, and embedding analytics.
Results
The business now runs on cloud Business Central with tablet and phone access from the shop floor to headquarters, Teams interoperability across facilities, and in-screen analysis for faster reporting. Pebblestone and Lanham Shipping are fully integrated, and the migration supported 12% year-over-year growth.
