About
Click2Mail, a cloud-based, on-demand print-to-mail service and accredited USPS partner, needed a technology partner for a platform that could power web stores, desktop tools, email-to-mail, and third-party APIs at terabyte scale with no tolerance for downtime. Over a 10-year partnership we built a Magento commerce store integrated with their editor and .NET site, production-grade Java APIs for multi-channel use, an Email-to-Mail tool, the MailJack desktop driver, and Word and G Suite add-ins, then migrated 80+ servers to the cloud with Dockerization and CI/CD.
Results
Multi-channel availability increased sales, system integration lifted productivity, and streamlined order processing improved margins.
