A cement and non-metallic minerals company of roughly 250 employees had adopted Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations but struggled with fragmented data, unreliable integrations, and manual processes. We replaced an unreliable Dual Write sync with Power Automate middleware for dependable CRM and F&O integration, consolidated source systems into F&O, added accounts-payable automation, and rolled out Fixed Assets and Budget Planning with tailored customizations.
Results
