About
A multi-channel seed and agricultural-supply retailer serves retail, online, and wholesale customers, but its day-to-day ran on a decades-old DOS-based system with weak inventory control, limited financial controls, no modern reporting or multi-device access, and siloed manual processes. We implemented base D365 Business Central across financial management and supply chain and migrated the business off its DOS system, covering chart of accounts and dimensions, payments and bank management, sales and purchases, and inventory availability, locations, and movements, with data migrated via CSV.
Results
A decades-old DOS system is retired for an evergreen cloud ERP that unifies retail, online, and wholesale on one platform. Inventory availability, locations, and movements are tracked in real time, financial dimensions, bank management, and payments strengthen controls, and self-serve dashboards give reporting on any device. A base-first design keeps future upgrades fast and inexpensive.
